Even though the text is too young and a bit dull the kids really liked seeing the ears change on the animals.
Where is the Green Sheep? by Mem Fox
Great story! The kids can guess what the rhyming words will be.
Animals should definitely not wear clothing. by Judi Barrett
This book was over the heads of one preschool group but the other group found it quite hysterical.
My Heart Is Like a Zoo by Michael Hall
I really like this story and the illustrations and the kids liked mimicking the animals moves and actions. They were pretty impressed that the illustrations were all made out of hearts so we went back through the book to look at some of the illustrations and find the hearts.
Animal Soup by Todd H. Doodler
This book was a big hit with both groups. The kids thought the mixed up animal names were really funny and it led into our craft.
